Market Access Growth / ScalingMarket Access & IP

The MAS program is one of the government's most widely used procurement vehicles. Once on schedule, agencies can order from you directly without a new competitive bid each time, for up to 20 years (5-year base plus three 5-year options).

Objectives

Give commercial companies — 80% of MAS contractors are small businesses — a standing, streamlined path to sell to government buyers.

Who can apply?

  • Commercial company offering a product or service the government buys.
  • Small businesses, including 8(a), HUBZone, WOSB, VOSB, and SDVOSB firms, are strongly represented and can be set aside for exclusively.

What do you get?

  • No ceiling value; unlimited task/delivery orders under the schedule.
  • Access to federal, state, local, and tribal buyers through one contract vehicle.
  • Ordering activities can set aside requirements for eligible small-business categories.

How to apply

Prepare a GSA Schedule offer (pricing, past performance, compliance documentation) and submit via GSA's eOffer system — an APEX Accelerator can help with this.
